our taproom
Our Taproom’s history (sort of) dates back to 1393, when King Richard II of England passed a law that required pubs to display a sign outdoors so that passing ale tasters could assess the quality of the ale within. Should you find yourself passing by our Taproom (built considerably later than 1393), we hope you’ll join us for a taste or two or more.
